No sign-up: what we never ask for
There are no user accounts here, no newsletter sign-up and no payments. So we don’t ask for your name, date of birth, bank card or ID details. We have no access to your casino account either; that is Dukat.bet’s business, not ours.
What is created when you open a lesson
Data comes from two sources:
- Hosting log. With every request, the server writes a technical line: IP address, time, the address opened and the browser type. We keep it for a short time for operational security and troubleshooting.
- Google Analytics 4. We measure traffic with GA4. The service places cookies (such as
_gaand_ga_…) in your browser and records which lessons you opened, how long you stayed, what device you used and roughly which country you came from. By default the_gacookie can last up to two years.
This shows us which lessons are clear and which ones readers abandon halfway, not who exactly you are.
No cookie banner: stopping measurement is up to you
The site has no cookie pop-up, and GA4 starts when a page loads. If you would rather it didn’t, you can block it yourself:
- Clear cookies, or switch them off, in the privacy section of your browser.
- Install Google’s own Analytics opt-out add-on.
- Use a tracker blocker or a private window.
The lessons read just the same with any of these methods. We base measurement on our legitimate interest in improving the content, and you can also object to it by email.
Messages sent to the info@ address
When you email us, we keep your address, the text and, if you signed it, your name. We use them only to reply and to track corrections, and we never pass them to third parties. Closed correspondence is kept for up to one year. Our contact page explains which matters are worth writing about.
Your requests: access, correction, erasure and more
The GDPR gives you several rights here: a copy of whatever data of yours we keep, fixes or deletion, limits on how it is used, an export you can open on a computer, and the option to object to the processing altogether. Write to info@dukatbet-casino.com and say which right you want to exercise. If a request is unclear, we may ask for verification details, but only as much as is strictly necessary.
If we can’t resolve it: two authorities
Because the editorial team is based in Bratislava, our main supervisory authority is the Slovak one, the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR. Readers based in Hungary may also complain to NAIH in Budapest, since under the GDPR the authority where you live accepts complaints too. You can go to court as well. Still, try us first: a single email often sorts out a misunderstanding.
