The bonus is in my balance – so why can I not withdraw it?
Because bonus money is not yours yet. You first have to play a set turnover with it, before a deadline, on permitted games and stakes – until then it stays locked.

Who, how much, how many: seven terms about eligibility

The language of turnover: nine terms about wagering

Slots, Live Casino, Instant: which offer belongs to which shelf
Dukat.bet names three separate offers, one per section.
Slots section, offer name: Slots Bonus – 500% up to 3,000 EUR + 15% Cashback. Clearest case: 2.14 counts slot stakes fully. Watch 2.7 (max bet, buys) and 2.15 (jackpot slots, exclusion list). More in the lesson on bonus rounds.
Live studios, offer name: Live Casino Bonus – 500% up to 3,000 EUR + 15% Cashback. Odd at first, since under the general rules live dealer stakes build no turnover (2.14). The offer’s own terms may differ – check them. How a live round runs: the lesson on live dealer games.

Bonus myths that cost you money

Invented bonus, real maths: how many spins does it take?
Practice exercise with made-up numbers – not Dukat.bet data:
You get a 100 EUR bonus with thirty-times wagering. Turnover needed? Spins at 1 EUR? Minimum spins at the 5 EUR cap? And on roulette?
Solution. 100 × 30 = 3,000 EUR turnover. On slots (100%) that is 3,000 spins at 1 EUR; at the 5 EUR cap, at least 600. On roulette (0%), even 3,000 EUR staked completes nothing.
The house edge works on every euro of turnover, bonus or not.
What to write down before you say yes to an offer
- The wagering multiplier and required turnover in euros.
- The deadline, marked in your calendar.
- The max bet and any exceptions.
- Which of your games count, and whether they are excluded.
- What you lose by withdrawing halfway.
